WEEZIE / BRAND DELIVERY KIT / VOL. 03Back to the gallery ↗

From design to something real.

A practical guide to the ads, outdoor pieces, packaging and print files. Check the supplier or platform specification before your final export.

1. Edit the source

Use the gallery to set the brand details. Export SVG and open it in an SVG-capable vector editor to replace the sample mark, adjust typography and revise specific copy. SVG text uses installed fonts. Keep an editable master before outlining type for a supplier.

2. Ads and social images

Six ad compositions are supplied: 1080 × 1080, 1080 × 1350, 1080 × 1920, 1200 × 628, 300 × 250 and 728 × 90 pixels. These are common creative canvas sizes, not a promise of acceptance by every placement.

  1. Replace the headline, supporting line, call to action and image with a real offer.
  2. Keep essential text clear of placement UI. The story composition leaves space above and below its main message. Confirm the actual platform preview.
  3. Export PNG at the supplied pixel dimensions. The full-size sample PNGs live in sample/png-exports/.
  4. Add a real destination URL in the advertising platform. The printed CTA is not an interactive button. Add any required accessible text, disclosures and tracking there.
  5. Check the current placement dimensions, file-size limits and platform requirements before upload. Preview on a phone as well as desktop.

3. Billboards, posters and signs

The wide billboard and storefront sign are 3:1. The standard billboard is 2:1. The bus shelter is 2:3. The roll-up uses an 850:2000 ratio. The wayfinding sign is 3:4. These describe composition proportions, not an installed size.

  1. Ask the outdoor vendor for the final visible area, artwork scale, bleed, safe zone, obstructions, material, color profile and image-resolution requirements.
  2. Create a production document using those specifications. Place and scale the SVG artwork proportionally. If the supplied ratio differs, recompose the layout.
  3. Keep the message short enough to read at distance. Test a scaled proof at realistic viewing size. Check spelling, website and phone details.
  4. Confirm photography has enough resolution at the required scale. The supplied image is a presentation starting point, not a guarantee for every large print size.
  5. Export the vendor's requested PDF settings and obtain an approved proof. Do not send the small PNG preview as large-format production artwork.

4. Labels, hang tags and sleeves

The 60 × 90 mm label and 60 × 100 mm tag are concept sizes. The hole drawn on the tag is a visual placeholder. The box sleeve is flat graphic artwork, not a cutting, folding or gluing template.

  1. Request the manufacturer's approved dieline for the actual product.
  2. Keep the dieline on its required technical layer. Place the brand artwork on a separate artwork layer.
  3. Leave supplier-defined clearance around folds, cuts, glue zones and punched holes. Add supplier-defined bleed.
  4. Replace material and care copy with accurate product information. Add legally required product information, barcode and other markings only when applicable and verified.
  5. Confirm substrate, finish, ink coverage and any special-color requirements. Obtain a physical proof or prototype before a production run.

5. Merchandise

The tote and T-shirt layouts are flat print graphics. They are not sewn patterns or garment mockup files. Choose a realistic print size and placement with the decorator. For single-color printing, separate or remove the accent detail and any background as needed. Ask whether the vendor wants vectors, outlined type, spot colors or a transparent PNG at a specified resolution.

6. Stationery, folder and proposals

Cards are 85 × 55 mm, the DL envelope front 220 × 110 mm, the compliments slip 210 × 99 mm, and A4 stationery/proposals 210 × 297 mm. The 230 × 320 mm folder is an outside-cover concept, not a pocket-folder dieline. Check printer compatibility and local paper sizes.

The sample card proof PDF includes 3 mm bleed and trim marks. The SVG files describe the trim layout: set physical units and add the supplier's required bleed when making a new production file. The proofs are RGB design PDFs, not certified PDF/X press files.

Replace invoice amounts, dates, recipient information and payment terms. Review proposal scope, fees, timelines and contractual terms separately. The ID badge is a visual layout, not an access credential or encoded card.

7. Photographic mockups

Three JPGs show billboard, stationery and packaging/merchandise in use. They are AI-generated, flattened presentation examples. Changing the gallery settings does not alter them. Reuse the examples as allowed by the license, or use your edited SVG artwork in a licensed layered mockup or a new presentation scene for your client. Illustrative text in the stationery image is not production contact data.

8. The final approval

Check the approved logo, final copy, contrast, image rights, font licenses, dimensions, physical units, safe areas, bleed and output profile. Keep source files editable. Send the client a proof and the supplier the agreed production format. Save the approved version and the supplier's specifications alongside it.

No single export setting fits all printing processes. Ask the person producing the work for their actual requirements. The kit supplies editable artwork and guidance; supplier-specific engineering and final prepress remain part of the project.
